During the conversation, it is not appropriate for you to act as a facilitator technician if the content of the conversation is to come from the participants. So, avoid making an offer. Also, do not present your unsolicited opinion. The results from the conversation are the product of group thinking. The facilitator’s mark should not be on the results.
